Payment Policy:

• We process all payments within 72 hours.
• This is due to the large amount of items we have to process.
• ALL posted payments to be paid in order of Lee Kemp.
• ALL payments MUST at least include the ozeBid item number or your ozeBid user ID for us to identify the payment.
• Payments without ozeBid item number or ozeBid user ID will be delayed until we can establish the payment.
• To avoid further delay please ensure your ozeBid registered account details are up to date, including postal and email addresses.

Posting Policy:

• Once we have successfully processed your payment we post all items within 72 hours.
• This is due to the large amount of items to be posted.

Return - Refund - Claims Policy:

• In order to claim for damages or loss, your item/s must be registered or insured with Australia Post.
• Warranty is accepted for manufacturing faults on your item/s. Unless item/s sold with known faults or problems.
• NO claims will be considered if you change your mind or the item is not what you expected, our listings indicate exactly what you are bidding on.
• ALL claims will only be considered within 7 days of you receiving your item/s.
• You MUST contact us via email at your earliest convenience to process the claim.

Feedback Policy:

• If you are satisfied with your purchase please leave POSITIVE feedback.
• We will respond to your feedback comments within 24 hours.
• This process indicates to us that you have received your item and you are satisfied.
• If you are intending to leave neutral or negative feedback PLEASE contact us prior to doing so and let us know your problem, we may be able to resolve the situation amicably.
